* Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid offers). Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night's stay which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
* The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.
* For prepaid offers the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Group bookings may have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements for each individual group with specific hotels.
* If reservation exceeds €1000 we would require a deposit of 10% to secure the booking. This deposit can be fully refunded if the reservation up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
* Cash payments are welcome in our hotel. If you choose to pay in cash upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of cash or a preauthorisation on a credit card will be requested, along with photo id. Acceptable identifications include passport or driving license. Cash deposit is €150 per room for up to 3 nights stay.
* The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you due to any overbooking, pricing or hotel system error.
* If Government in any of the countries our hotels are located introduce guidelines or restrictions, these may impact your hotel stay. Please refer to any special notifications on our website, your booking confirmation or pre-stay communications.
*Guests are asked not to bring hazardous or illegal items such as Nitrous gas into our hotels, however, where canisters are found left in a bedroom following your stay, a €100 fee will be charged to the lead bookers card for each canister so that they can be appropriately and safely disposed of.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel before 2pm the day prior to your arrival to avoid cancellation fees on fully flexible rates. In the case of no show, first night will be charged.
Aircoach: Route 700 to Dublin City Centre & Leopardstown stops 5 minutes walk from Barry’s Hotel at the top of O'Connell Street. Returning catch the same service from the opposite side of O'Connell Street. Aircoach runs up to every 30 minutes costing €9 return per adult and taking 30 minutes. Bus: Take the number 16 Dublin Bus from Zone 15 just outside Dublin Airport arrivals to Parnell Square and we are right around the corner. Zone 15 is well signposted and is just a short walk from both terminals. Dublin Bus route 16 operates a frequent service 24-hours a day and tickets can be purchased from the driver.We recommend ordering a Leap Card or Do Dublin 48/72 hour Freedom Ticket for best way to get into and around Dublin. Buses take cash but no change is given. Debit/credit cards cannot be used on Dublin Bus services. Taxi: Taxis are available from outside the arrivals hall of bother terminals. Fares depend on traffic but typically take 30 minutes costing €35.
Cork, Galway, Limerick, Mayo and Waterford trains arrive into Heuston Station. Catch the Red Luas (direction: Connolly or Point) from outside Heuston to Abbey Street. Our hotel is 10 minutes walk up O'Connell Street.

Check-in is from 2pm. We offer an online check-in service where 3 days prior to your stay, you will receive an email containing a link to check-in in advance. Your key will be available for collection on arrival.

Check-out is by 11am. The morning of your departure, you will receive an email at 7:00am containing a link to check-out and pay for your stay. An electronic receipt is available upon settlement. All that’s left is to leave your key at reception on departure.
